An excellent opportunity has arisen with a leading Retail business for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their expanding Team.

This company are experiencing year on year growth and are looking forward to further expansion in 2023 making it an excellenttime to join the business.


Description
The Purchase Ledger Assistant role is initially a temporary assignment and will be 100% office based in Stoke-On-Trent.

Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for:


  • Processing Purchase Ledger invoices
  • Statement reconciliation
  • Handling supplier queries
  • Preparing Payment runs
  • Bank Reconciliation

Profile

  • Have previous experience in Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable
  • Be available to consider a temporary role initially
  • Be able to work full time in Stoke office
  • Ideally have some experience of Sage Line 50
