This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist to join our specialist service for people experiencing a first episode ofpsychosis.
We are recruiting a Band 6 Assessment Practitioner for our assessment team covering the area of Manchester.
The Assessment Practitioner will be responsible for completing initial assessments for all service users referred into the service within two weeks, in accordance with the NHS England Access and Waiting Time Standards.
The post holder will be supported with their responsibilities by the wider team including administrative support. Regular training will be provided as needed.the Trust's discretion and in line with national rules on exemption.
