HR Systems Officer - Bournemouth - £27,000 pro rataMain Responsibilities:
- Manage the HR systems and data to deliver on improvements and maintaining all functions of HR systems
- Supporting on training and engagement to ensure stakeholders are fully utilizing the system and data
- Provide key backoffice support including general administration duties
Skills & experience:
- Experience in a similar role would be desirable
- Knowledge of HR systems & data
- Previous user experience on iTrent essential
- Ability to manage data and produce reports
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
The working hours for this role are 18 hours per week Monday to Friday with flexible start and finish times.
