About Our Client:

  • Manage and oversee all accounts payable transactions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices.
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and validate balances.
  • Prepare financial reports for review by management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.
  • Address any financial queries and issues promptly and professionally.

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Accounts Payable Administrator should have:

  • Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role or Finance admin role
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problemsolving and a high degree of initiative.
