Part of a busy team booking out engineers on site

  • Deal with clients and engineers and coordinate appointments
  • Liaise with contractors and clients and different departments
  • Talking to the clients and understanding what the issue is and if you can resolve it
  • Maintain database and work to set timescales and legislation
  • Checkin new and existing clients arranging all paperwork, ensure all notes are logged
  • Take incoming calls answering queries and resolving any problems or complaints
  • Need to have good ability for customer service and a good sense of humor
