We are searching for

As a
Public Area Attendant we look for you to possess a natural curiosity, exceptional attention to details and the ability to multi-task.

You'll be an essential part of the guest experience, helping define and maintain the Chateau Keeping standards. Bringing an unparalleled level of service you'll work closely with colleagues embodying a no half measures attitude.

Your profile

Passion for delivering excellent housekeeping experience.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Being organised and proactive in managing tasks.
Being an excellent team player, and have an outstanding communication and guest facing skills.
Discreet and trustworthy.

Your role

Cleaning and maintaining the standards of lifts, changing rooms, offices and public areas.
Greeting guests.
Reporting any technical and maintenance issues.
Updating status of completed requests on communication apps.
Comply with hotel safety and security.
Carry out lost property procedure.
This role will involve lifting heavy loads, walking up and down the stairs.
