Digital Marketing Executive
Location:
Remote/Leeds
We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven individual to help us define, execute, measure, and refine an effective digital marketing strategy.
Reporting into the Head of Brand & Communications, you'll work with team members and external agencies to build a strong digital foundation to support our brand aspirations and campaign effectiveness.
You will need strong analytical skills with a commitment to creative marketing, willing to work with other team members to contribute to our campaign targets.
Key responsibilities
Earned (SEO)
- Work with an external agency to drive and manage SEO execution across all major search engines, with the main effort focused on Google.
- Ensure that SEO best practices are implemented on current and new developed webpages through effective communication and process.
- Provide tracking, reporting and analysis of performance campaign data from SEO campaigns and strategies to the business.
- Drive content creation initiatives across your business areas to improve ranking.
Paid Social
- Create and execute global Paid Social strategies across core Social Platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter & Facebook).
- Drive marketleading creative execution on social channels.
- Drive an A/B testing culture to optimise social performance.
- Leverage knowledge and data to influence the wider business on social opportunities.
Pay Per Click
- Managing the operational and technical optimisation plan and tactics for all PPC activity to drive targets.
- Review performance daily and suggesting and implementing optimisations to drive performance.
- Be able to demonstrate PPC value in the wider digital attribution landscape
Website
- Take ownership of all domains currently held across System C.
- Build out a strategy, in line with our brand direction, to develop a single website.
- Introduce a landing page strategy to support campaign activity.
- Mature our website by introducing live chat, make CRO improvements and seek improvements to the overall visitor experience.
Analytics, Reporting & Management
- Regularly report on campaign effectiveness to key stakeholders, including competitive landscape, KPIs, and recommendations on opportunities for growth and managing risks.
- Manage and maintain major supplier relationships, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook and Google, staying abreast of industry trends and latest products/tools.
- Implement and manage all tracking across the paid media, including setting up goals in Google Analytics and managing tracking within Google Tag Manager.
- Manage and report on the paid monthly budget deployment, making daily budget decisions and providing recommendations.
- Provide marketing support across the function as and when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years B2B software marketing experience, preferably within healthcare or social care.
- Must be able to evidence effective copywriting skills for various media.
- An effective communicator with isn't afraid to make bold decisions.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience of website development.
- Digital and social media marketing experience.
