We currently have a role as a Customer Service Advisor based in Deansgate, Manchester for a multi-award winning digital health company.
This is mainly a REMOTE opportunity, however you would have to attend the office once a week, therefore you MUST be able to commute to Deansgate Manchester.
Salary:
£20,500- £22,000 per annum depending on experience.
This role does involve shift work but it is just
37.5 hours per week over 5 days a week from Monday to Sunday.
Main Responsibilities for the Customer Service Advisor role:
- Manage the first point of contact for all NHS partners/Patients
- Taking ownership of workload, managing own workload to ensure no gaps or delays in the service.
- Handling complaints and ensuring appropriate resolutions found
- Technical and doctor support advising on connection issues etc
You must have:
