Responsibilities:

nProactively source and identify top talent through various channelsnBuild and maintain a trackable and effective pipelinenScreen and interview potential candidates to identify their qualifications and fit for specific rolesnCollaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop customised recruitment strategiesnHandle the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate shortlisting, and deal completion.

nProvide exceptional candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment processnStay informed about current industry trends and effective strategies in recruitmentnMeet and exceed individual and team targets

Requirements:
nPrevious experience as a recruitment consultant or in a similar rolenProven track record of successfully placing candidates in roles across various industriesnExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsnStrong ability to build and maintain relationshipsnDaring and self-motivated with a desire to succeednAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesnHighly organized with excellent attention to detailnProficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing and attracting candidates
