Our client is seeking a Trust Administrator to join their team.

The Trust Administrator will play a crucial role in managing and administering trust accounts and ensuring that all trust-related activities are carried out efficiently and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.


Policy Overview:

As a Trust Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the administration and management of trust accounts.

You will work closely with clients, beneficiaries, legal advisors, and investment professionals to ensure the efficient and compliant administration of trust assets, meeting the unique needs and goals of each trust relationship.

To co-ordinate and carry out the administration of a portfolio of private client trusts, private equity portfolios and companies.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Always strive for excellent client service and delivery
  • Administering the affairs of a portfolio of trust and companies for high net worth clients
  • Dealing with a varied range of client queries/projects
  • Liaison with intermediaries in various jurisdictions
  • Bookkeeping under the supervision of a Senior Administrator/Assistant Manager
  • Preparation and review of trust and company accounts under the supervision of a Senior Administrator/Assistant Manager
  • Reviewing minutes and documents for execution and liaising with the company secretarial department
  • Providing information required by the Tax department in a timely manner
  • To produce and provide highquality documents
  • Ensure that time sheets are completed on a daily basis
  • To achieve chargeability, WIP, recoverability and debtor targets within deadlines set
  • To meet task deadlines.
  • Any other reasonable duties that may be assigned

Qualifications and Skills:


  • A minimum of 2 3 years' experience working in a Private Client Trust environment
  • Attention to detail to ensure work is of a consistently high standard
  • Well organised with accuracy and timely completion of work
  • Good administrative and numeracy skills
  • Ability to adapt to a variety of work on a number of clients
  • Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Ability to manage own workload and prioritise accordingly
  • Flexible, with the ability to work to time pressures and react calmly to changing demands
  • To look for information and for (external) procedures related to applicable legislation
  • To understand structures in place
  • To understand transactions and operations carried out
  • Team player

Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
