Meraki Talent are working with an expanding Financial Services firm who are keen to speak to those who have come from a customer services background and comfortable in speaking to customers in a telephony based role.


The customer is at heart of this experience, therefore imperative applicants are able to offer a first class experience, while meeting SLA's.

This is an exciting time to join an expanding operation, who work collaboratively to achieve set goals.

Key duties;

  • Receiving high volumes of customer calls
  • Updating in house systems
  • Providing support via Live Web Chat
  • Working to set SLA's and KPI's
  • Ensuring customer data is recorded accurately


The hours of work vary, however applicants should be able to work between Monday to Friday 8am - 9pm and 9am - 1pm / 6pm on Saturday.

Standard hours are 40 hours per week.

These are permanent opportunities, offering an immediate start.

Applicants must be able to pass a criminal and credit checks.
