Meraki Talent is engaged with a global investment firm based in the heart of Edinburgh to appoint a Customer Service Representative for a long-term temporary position.

This opportunity is for an initial 6 months an offers an excellent hourly rate which is paid weekly.

You will be responsible for liasing with customer an ensuring first class service at all times while assisting with portfolio, wrap and bond updates.

To be considered for this role you must

Have good customer service experience
Have experience working within a Financial Services environment
Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Have the ability to work alone and as part of a team

This vacancy is an immediate requirement, therefore you must have the ability to start the role within 3 weeks and commute to the Edinburgh office 5 days a week.
