Description
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, who is looking to recruit a Helpdesk Administrator in the Bristol area.
Duties of the role include:
- Assisting with raising/closing tasks on the CAFM system
- Scheduling work on the calendars
- Raising orders on Oracle
- Liaising with site teams/engineers, increased workload/bulk tasks
- Any other relevant duties as required
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
Salary:
£11.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bristol, Bristol: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (required)
