We are recruiting on behalf of our client, who is looking to recruit a Helpdesk Administrator in the Bristol area.


Duties of the role include:

  • Assisting with raising/closing tasks on the CAFM system
  • Scheduling work on the calendars
  • Raising orders on Oracle
  • Liaising with site teams/engineers, increased workload/bulk tasks
  • Any other relevant duties as required
This position is a temporary role, working full time 5 days a week 8hrs a day, paying £11.50ph.


Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
£11.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bristol, Bristol: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (required)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (required)
