Description

The EA to the CEO UK & Ireland is responsible for ensuring the daily requirements of the CEO are completely fulfilled, delivering exceptional internal and external customer service, always.

Responsible for providing a proactive, organised and efficient executivesupport service which fully enables the CEO to achieve agreed business goals, working to tight deadlines when necessary.

This is a full-time, remote role based in GU34. Occasional travel is required and you must live within an easily commutable distance of the GU34 postcode to apply.


Main duties & responsibilities

  • Extensive and exceptional diary and schedule management, with proactive forwardplanning to ensure the CEO is always in the right place at the right time with the relevant papers as appropriate.
  • Drafting CEO communications, where appropriate.
  • Planning and effective booking of complex travel arrangements, itineraries, visas, currency etc.
  • Research and presentation of information to allow for timely decisionmaking.
  • Create, edit and maintain PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets for both internal and external meeting purposes.
  • Management of expense claims on Concur, as required.
  • Creation of POs and invoices, as and when required, and in accordance with Company process.
  • Effectively plan for a wide range of visitors, conveying a consistently high professional image at all times.
  • Assistance in events planning, internal and key customer events, ensuring delivery in line with Company goals. Working closely with the Events Manager, to ensure all events are tracked and reflected in the CEO's diary.
  • Organise a wide range of internal Company meetings.
  • Identify process improvement and successful implementation of such changes.
  • Flexibility and being aware of lastminute changes outside of working hours if necessary.
  • Preparing organisation charts using Visio.
  • Any other reasonable tasks, as instructed by the CEO.

Essential Attributes

  • Previous experience for a senior Director in a similar role.
  • Demonstrative administration, detailed planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to form effective working relationships at all levels.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong diary management.
  • Able to effectively solve problems.
  • Project Management.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Excellent selfstarter with the ability to work without direction and on own initiative.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extremely proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Positive "cando", flexible attitude.
