Description

Verve People recruit on behalf of leading hotels, restaurants, and venues in and around Chester.

We are currently looking for a vibrant, enthusiastic, and passionately creative bar supervisor to join our team.
As part of our team will have
fantastic opportunities to gain new skills and develop within the company.

You will be working with experienced team members who will nurture and refine your skills.

35-40 hours a week.

What your role would include:

Leading and inspiring a team
Preparing and serving highquality alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
Use personality, drinks knowledge, dexterity, and creativity to wow customers
Engaging with customers and advising them about current promotions
Maintaining a clean and organised bar area, including quickly responding to spills and other health and safety hazards
Previous experience
The ability to empower and lead a team
Ability to build relationships and promote a positive work environment
A lead by example attitude
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy customer facing role
Personal License (requirement to serve alcohol)
