Family owned and established for over 30 years with its head office in Swinton, Manchester. RMS has global reach with offices and showrooms around the world in USA, Holland, Australia, Hong Kong & Shanghai.

Key Responsibilities_

  • Deal with daytoday customer requests regarding deliveries/bookings
  • Using stock reports/book report to book deliveries and collections with the customers
  • Liaising directly with the warehouse to ensure there are no issues with bookings and confirm pallet counts
  • Looking at container arrival dates from both the UK and EU to keep customers up to date on delivery dates
  • Pulling through new orders into the system and tidying up dates to ensure they are correct
  • Reserving sales orders to any stock/POs in the system
  • Sending order confirmations/proforma's to the customers
  • When taking from UK goods, raising a purchase order through the sales order to secure the stock with UK team is required
  • Sending customers status reports on request and to keep them updated on when their stock will arrive
  • Managing trucks from the UK to Holland on a weekly basis checking what goods have arrived and which are the priority. Liaising with the UK warehouse
  • Raising goods inward sheets to inform Tiemex of what is due to arrive
  • Post the stock on the system once it has arrived/been delivered
