RMS International is an expanding importer of innovative children's toys, crafts and stationery, both licenced and own brand that are sold throughout the world in key markets.

Family owned and established for over 30 years with its head office in Swinton, Manchester. RMS has global reach with offices and showrooms around the world.

We are looking for a passionate, hardworking and reliable Creative Designer to join the licensed team.

Creating fun and exciting children's product in collaboration with some of the leading toy brands such as Barbie, LOL Surprise, Batman, Hot Wheels, Peppa Pig and Harry Potter.

The role will involve

  • Creating packaging and product artworks from briefs for Licenced toys and products
  • Following and working with Licenced Style Guides
  • Assisting the team with daily creative tasks
  • Mocking up packaging and product samples in our inhouse design studio including paper crafting, using a range of equipment, cutting and assembling
  • Working on presentations for new product ranges
  • Assisting with showroom and exhibition display
  • Research for new ideas and products
  • Reviewing and sending artwork files to factories
Required Skills

  • Working knowledge and use of Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Passion for design and creative flair
  • Eye for composition, layout and colour
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Understanding of the market trends
  • Ability to work and communicate as a part of a team
Experience

  • 1 years + experience within a creative design team
