Description
We are currently seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional service to our customers.

As a Customer Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and assisting with their inquiries and needs.


Duties:


  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist customers with product selection and provide information on services
  • Process customer transactions accurately using the point of sale system
  • Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed neatly
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
  • Strong customer service orientation with a desire to assist others
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and evenings

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,398.26 per year
