Description

We are looking for an experienced office worker who is an organised, meticulous & personable individual with good Microsoft office skills to work within the office of our busy fabrication business.

Working 35-40 hrs / week over 5 days you will assist with general administration tasks, supporting the quality manager, production manager, sales & production teams in their day to day duties.

Ensuring records are maintained to both ISO & CE standards.

Whilst providing on-going customer support your role will include, but not be limited to;

  • Answering the telephone
  • Scanning
  • Compiling, checking & handing over paperwork to production
  • Booking deliveries / collections
  • Dealing with supplier invoices
  • Logging supplier test certificates ( & chasing up when missing)
  • Logging timesheets / holiday & sickness forms
  • Keeping personnel files up to date
  • Data inputting.
NB- We are looking to contact applicants and interview W/C 23rd Jan with a view to start soon after


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£10.50 per hour
