This a fantastic & very exciting opportunity to join a well-known business with plenty of opportunities to build on your skills & your career This business truly put the needs of their customers first, that's why we need Customer Champions who love going above and beyondFantastic Salary of £24,000 plus Bonus commission (Up to an additional £3k on top) & great working hours: Monday-Sunday 9am - 5:30pm (5 days out of 7) This is a hybrid role, working 3 days in the office & 2 days at home
Key Duties:
As a Customer Champion, you'll be expected to do the following:
Achieving weekly KPI's and performance metrics relevant to business requirements
Being the point of contact to answer queries, resolve problems and provide solutions
Liaising with internal teams to build internal relationships and deliver the best outcomes for Customers
Recording information in relevant databases and ensuring the lead portal is kept up to date
You'll receive full training and work alongside their dedicated & experienced team.
Have contact with customers to understand their needs and maximise sales opportunities
About You
To be considered for the role, you will have the following skills and experience:
Excellent verbal communicator - confident, professional and approachable.
Able to manage and take ownership of a busy workload.
Thrives in, and is able to contribute to, a hardworking and dynamic, friendly team.
Has a willingness to learn, develop and build on feedback.
