Due to our continued growth we have a great opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Recruitment Coordinator to join our busy Central Services Team based in central Leeds.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong Recruitment experience looking for progression, bringing their experience in house, or wanting to start their career in the third sector.

What you'll be doing
- Working as part of the team within Central Services
- Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfil their staffing needs, and advise them through our recruitment process
- Contribute to a variety of exciting internal projects
- Promote Northpoint using a range of social media platforms
What you need to succeed
- A desire to make a difference
- Strong organisational and administration skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Highly organised and skilled in managing multiple roles and priorities
- Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter, Recruitment Coordinator, Recruitment Administrator, Recruitment Consultant or similar role
- Experience in managing an Applicant Tracking System
- A strong understanding of the fullcycle recruiting
