Due to our continued growth we have a great opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Recruitment Coordinator to join our busy Central Services Team based in central Leeds.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong Recruitment experience looking for progression, bringing their experience in house, or wanting to start their career in the third sector.

What you'll be doing

Working as part of the team within Central Services
Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfil their staffing needs, and advise them through our recruitment process
Contribute to a variety of exciting internal projects
Promote Northpoint using a range of social media platforms

What you need to succeed

A desire to make a difference
Strong organisational and administration skills
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Highly organised and skilled in managing multiple roles and priorities
Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter, Recruitment Coordinator, Recruitment Administrator, Recruitment Consultant or similar role
Experience in managing an Applicant Tracking System
A strong understanding of the fullcycle recruiting
