We are currently searching for a Wholesale and Sample Administrator to join the team.

The role centres around two key sets of responsibilities.

The first is management of all order entry, administration, and customer service requests for global wholesale partners (direct/agents/distributors) of the Motorcycle Collection.

Seasonal tasks include distribution of sales tools to all partners such as line sheets and price lists before coordinating all aspects of order entry.

Order entry includes attentively checking/raising orders before sending out order confirmations to all accounts, following up with PO's and ensuring timely shipment.

Accurate seasonal inventory management in NetSuite ensuring (SKU and pricing data) is paramount throughout the season.


Weekly tasks include circulating 'Inbound/Outbound' shipping reports and 'Available Stock Reports' to relevant markets and as first point of contact for all Motorcycle wholesale customer service, liaising with the Product After Care Coordinator to oversee any returns or repairs from Motorcycle Wholesale partners.


The role will also include supporting the Head of Motorcycle in sales appointments, meetings, marketing activities and in the general running of the department to create a memorable brand experience for all our partners.


This is a great opportunity to learn about every aspect of the Belstaff Wholesale business, and will suit someone with some relevant experience, seeking a role working closely with product and a range of internal and external stakeholders.

Our ideal applicant will be highly communicative and detail oriented with excellent time management and a particular interest in our Motorcycle range.


We are looking for someone who will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating all Wholesale Customer Service and delivery queries
  • Overseeing the seasonal cycle of order fulfilment
  • Checking and confirming PO's
  • Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders
  • Shipping and delivery control throughout the season
  • Ensuring the safe and timely pickup and delivery of shipments
  • Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues
  • Organising and managing commercial returns
  • Liaising with the Finance dept to monitor remit invoice and payments
  • Updating clients including answering delivery queries
  • Managing product information
  • Preparing accurate reports for management
  • Overseeing all SMS stock, distribution and administration (Motorcycle & Mainline)

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Advanced Excel
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure when required
  • Netsuite knowledge (preferable but not essential)
  • An interested in Motorcycle (preferable but not essential)
