Mechanical Design Engineer, Automated Handling Solutions
March 2024 relocation to J4 M65 (Lower Darwen)
Circa £38' '000 dependant on experience + overtime + qtrly bonus OTE £50'000

We are currently searching for a Project Mechanical Design Engineer to join the Automated Handling Solutions team supporting the customer experience as we continue to expand across UK and Europe.

Mechanical Design Engineer key skills:
Design engineering experience within in Mechanical Manufacturing is key.
Customer exposure and project experience.
Mechanical Design Engineering experience would be considered from a variety of industries. (Food Industry / Waste Recycling / Aerospace / Confectionery / Pharmaceutical / Agricultural / Construction )
3D CAD Inventor is essential.

Mechanical Design Engineer attributes:

You will be a highly motivated self-starter, with an interest in manufacturing engineering or an interest of working within a technical environment.

Educated to degree level with mechanical engineering degree.
A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer or Project Engineer.
Ability to balance projects with strong time management skills.
Working with and supporting cross departmental - design, engineers, purchasing, shop floor.
