Are you an experienced SENco looking for a new opportunity to make a real impact? Do you have a passion for helping children with special educational needs to achieve their full potential? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you

Our client, a large Primary School based in High Wycombe, is looking for a permanent SENco to join their team from September 2023.

Role Responsibilities:

Oversee special educational needs provision across either the lower, middle, or upper schools
Look after a couple of year groups at once
Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure that every child with SEN is given the support they need to thrive
Develop and implement strategies to support students with SEN
Keep uptodate with the latest SEN practices and research

Role Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications
A deep understanding of SEN and a passion for helping children with additional needs to succeed
Excellent communication skills
The ability to work independently
A strong track record of success in a similar role
A commitment to ongoing professional development.
