Nigel Wright are working in partnership with a growing organisation based in Newcastle City Centre to recruit a Credit Control Administrator.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation business reporting into the Financial Controller. Thisis a key role as part of the Finance team and will support all elements of Credit Control.

The Role
The main duties and responsibilities of the Credit Control Administrator will be:

  • Processing sales invoices on the care homes system for all residents and importing into the finance system
  • Sending out invoices to private residents
  • Processing claims for payment from local authorities and similar organisations
  • Processing receipts of payments in the finance system
  • Chasing of unpaid fees
  • Assisting with the collection of older debts
  • Assist in other administration in the fees department checking resident admissions and discharges, logging and sending out contracts, drafting and sending letters, and similar duties
  • Assist in year end audit queries
  • Provide assistance and support to the fees manager

The Person
The desirable qualities of a successful Credit Control Administrator will be:

  • Previous experience within Credit Control
  • Strong excel experience required

The Salary & Package
The salary and package of the Credit Control Administrator will be:

  • Salary of up to £25,000 dependant on previous qualifications and experience.
