Are you a well-versed Management Accountant in search of your next role? Are you enticed by the opportunity to work within the NHS sector and have experience in producing budgets? Are available at short notice? If so, read on.

My client is a leading NHS organisation looking for an interim Management Accountant on a 6-month temporary basis.

The main responsibilities of this interim Management Accountant are:

Producing budgets for the medicine directorate and working closely with budget holders to improve efficiencies and update them on their budgets
Business partnering with various senior managers and heads of service
Assisting on the production of monthly management accounts, forecasting, and analysing variances
Have experience in producing management accounts with commentary, budgets, and variance analysis
Excellent communication ability and strong excel skills
Ideally have previous experience within the NHS sector, although this is not essential
Be a qualified Chartered Accountant or be at finalist stage
