Work description

The JAMF TC will work on integration and network activities for having a single management and infrastructure for all corporate Apple MAC devices.

He/she will support Zero Touch enrolment and work with local distributor in each country for the MACs unique JAMF configuration.

Responsibilities
- macOS and JAMF Pro expert

Design, Implementation and Administration of large complex Mac Services Infrastructure using Jamf Pro
Create documents for the solution
Configure Apple DEP, VPP and Enterprise Connect
Perform root cause analysis to quickly recover from service interruptions, and to prevent recurring problems
Provide technical solutions and coordination for exceptions and issues as they arise.
Ability to understand and analyze issues and uses judgment to make decisions.

Profile requirements
- macOS and JAMF Pro expert

JAMF certified
Technical degree or diploma
3+ years of experience
Fluent in English and Italian. Spanish is a bonus
