Travel & Expenses Specialist (Accounts Payable)

Permanent

Manchester (M23)

Hybrid office/home working. 3 days in office.

Hologic is where talent comes to grow and this role is no different, we're looking for a Travel & Expenses Specialist to join our Finance team from our Manchester office.

What you can expect:

Check & validate expense claims in line with company policy across various EMEA entities
Point of contact for employee queries including training on expenses system
Manage incoming queries through dedicated expenses mailbox
Manage users of corporate card programme including new applicants
Generate reports to facilitate manual payments
Monthend reporting & reconciliations
Support wider Accounts Payable team with adhoc work.

To be successful in the role you will have experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable but importantly you will have:

5 GCSE's including Math's & English
Experience of Concur and/or Appzen is desirable.
Additional European language is desirable
Great attention to detail
Ability to communicate and engage at all levels
Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks/workload
Able to operate in a confidential environment
