We currently have a unique opportunity for an experienced and passionate infection prevention specialist, to join and lead our established infection prevention and control service.

**The infection prevention service works to provide expert advice, training and guidance to ensure practice is safe and effective within our services and also works to ensure the organisation meets all the legal and regulatory requirements of the Health Care Act, National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness and CQC regulations. You will need to have a good working knowledge of the reporting of infections and the use of and ICNet. The post holder will be responsible for the review and implementation of the infection prevention and control policies, sustainability and quality improvement relating to the service.
