The Vascular Laboratory in West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking to recruit an experienced Clinical Vascular Scientist to join our friendly and dynamic team.

The Vascular Laboratory provides a full range of non-invasive ultrasound vascular examinations.

The Vascular Lab is based in Watford General Hospital and consists at present of two scanning rooms equipped with new Philips EPIQ systems.

There are five full time and part-time Vascular Scientists, two Trainee Vascular Scientists together with administrative support staff. This position is full time but part-time hours will also be considered.

We are looking for a motivated Vascular Scientist with excellent communication skills to provide a high quality service to our patients and trainees.

There has never been a more exciting time to join West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust Major redevelopment works are planned as part of the New Hospital Programme.

These will be most dramatic at Watford General Hospital where up to 90% of buildings will be new.
