Our client, a market leading aviation organisation, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to be based in their office in Leeds city centre.

You will be a crucial part of the team that covers all aspects of post-sale activity including accepting deliveries of the company's products and making sure stock is correctly controlled.

Responsibilities:

Building strong relationships with customers while providing a flawless customer experience.

Actively improve the customer journey through proactive customer contact.

Anticipate any issues that may occur and act to reduce customer impact.

Take ownership of any problems that may occur including the logging of complaints and actioning corrective solutions.

Book in, pick and ship out stock ensuring 100% accuracy.

Promote the company's brand.

Request, review and respond to feedback.

Accurately input order information into the company's CRM, displaying excellent attention to detail.

Requirements:

B2B experience.

Experience of working in a fast-paced small to medium enterprise.

You'll have a passion for and ability to delight customers.

Understand the concept of first-time resolution and be able to demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills.

Full training is provided in all aspects of the role
