    Probate Paralegal, 6m FTC

    UK Law Firm

    Up to £32,000pa (Pro Rata)

    6m FTC (with possible extension)


    My client, a top UK law firm, is actively seeking and experienced Probate Paralegal to join them on an initial six month contract in their London office.

    This role sits within their Private Client, Tax & Immigration Group. Their work focuses on all probate and post-death matters including both international and domestic estate.

    The successful candidate will be working directly with the Probate Manager and you'll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

    • Writing letters
    • Drafting legal documents and Inheritance Tax returns
    • Conducting document review
    • Undertaking legal research
    • Assisting with the preparation of bills
    • General administrative tasks
    • Liaising with both clients and teams of International Lawyers
    To qualify for this 6m FTC Probate Paralegal position, you'll need to have/be the following:

    • Minimum of 2:1 LLB (or equivalent)
    • Minimum of 12 months experience within Probate Law
    • Be able to commute to their London office at least three days a week
    • Be able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
    • Have strong experience using Excel, Word and Outlook
