Location - New County Hall Truro TR1 3AY

Contract role, 37 hours per week

What skills are required for the job?

Monitor the Feedback function to ensure adherence to prescribed deadlines, both statutory and corporate.

Provide advice to team members and colleagues.

  • Ensure quality of data input is being adhered to.
  • Accurate data extraction and interpretation.
  • Strong improvement skills, including process analysis.
  • Develop training in line with agreed policy and procedure
  • Excellent communication skills including a high standard of writing skills
  • Liaison with staff from all levels of an organisation.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Diplomatic and empathetic nature.
Good to have knowledge of the legislation and statutory frameworks for complaints for; Children, Young People and Families Adult Care, Health and Wellbeing


Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
£18.00-£20.00 per hour
