Nottingham City Centre (Hybrid)

£19, £22,000.00

Macildowie are delighted to be working alongside an outstanding financial services organisation, within the
Nottingham City Centre.


This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced
Administrator to make their next career move by joining this fab team Their head office is based in the
City Centre, however they offer Hybrid working with the split of 2 days (head office) and the other 3 can be from the comfort of your own home.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Providing key contact and collaboration between internal departments.
  • Reviewing current systems, processes and challenging these to gain maximum efficiency.
  • Assisting with the distribution of workload across all functions, to ensure KPI's are met.
  • Following case resolution processes which may include client contact both written and verbal.
  • Supporting the wider business, ensuring all policy conditions, business rules and procedures are working effectively.
  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proactive with a "cando" attitude.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce (or similar CRM system) is desirable.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with internal/external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Excel is essential.
