Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure efficient and accurate processing bank transactions and invoices within the Purchase ledger function
- Ensure efficient and accurate processing of monthly reconciliations of bank and intercompany accounts
- To ensure management of information requests and queries from within Group and suppliers are resolved in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with CIS & VAT regulations
- To assist with other financial tasks as and when required
- Build and maintain effective working relationships, internally and externally to maximise successful delivery of all areas within your responsibilities
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Experience working within a purchase ledger department
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to work as part of a team
Job Types:
Part-time, Temp to perm
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
