Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure efficient and accurate processing bank transactions and invoices within the Purchase ledger function
  • Ensure efficient and accurate processing of monthly reconciliations of bank and intercompany accounts
  • To ensure management of information requests and queries from within Group and suppliers are resolved in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with CIS & VAT regulations
  • To assist with other financial tasks as and when required
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships, internally and externally to maximise successful delivery of all areas within your responsibilities

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience working within a purchase ledger department
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Ability to work as part of a team

Job Types:
Part-time, Temp to perm

Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
