Description

The Key Responsibilities for a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Problem solving
  • Complaint resolution
  • Liaison with multiple departments
  • Understanding of the current situation, processes and required actions to ensure a timely and appropriate outcome for both us and clients
  • Trouble shooting for processes
  • Checking of invoices and other financial paperwork
  • Provision of high quality and timely customer service
  • Sales administration as necessary
  • Contacting customers to promote additional services
