Description
The Key Responsibilities for a Customer Service Advisor:
- Problem solving
- Complaint resolution
- Liaison with multiple departments
- Understanding of the current situation, processes and required actions to ensure a timely and appropriate outcome for both us and clients
- Trouble shooting for processes
- Checking of invoices and other financial paperwork
- Provision of high quality and timely customer service
- Sales administration as necessary
- Contacting customers to promote additional services
