Head of Commercial

Glasgow, Hybrid or UK remote
Systal is a global managed network and security service and transformation specialist.

We consult, deploy, and integrate multi-vendor technologies which help enterprise businesses maximise the security and value of their complex IT infrastructure.

Across our 24/7 Network and Security Operations Centres, we manage over 200,000 assets across 78 countries, providing innovative and resilient solutions that that help enterprises meet complex technology requirements, replace unsecure and ineffective legacy technologies, and securely solve today's critical IT and business challenges.

As part of our continuing growth strategy, we are currently recruiting for a Head of Commercial.


What will you be doing?
In this role you will report to our Chief Revenue Officer and support the Board in driving Systal's growth strategy, ensuring strong commercial governance, providing an interlock between our sales and service delivery functions, shaping customer propositions, and engaging with key sales and supplier partners with a focus on the following:


  • Commercial strategy:develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives, focussed on accelerating expansion.

Commercial governance: ensure strong commercial governance across Systal's sales channels and contracts, defining and deploying relevant process and controls.

Pricing strategy: play an active role in defining Systal's pricing strategy, ensuring all contracts adhere to Systal's growth objectives.

Key partner and supplier relationships: build and maintain strong relationships with Systal's key sales partner and supplier relationships, identifying and supporting new opportunities to expand market presence and revenue.

Competitive environment and product development: monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new offerings.

Internal collaboration: collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technical, marketing, finance, and legal, to ensure seamless execution of commercial strategies.


What skills / experience are we looking for?
Demonstrable positive sales history within a network or similar tech industry

Experience in managing & improving team performance.

Experienced user of Microsoft Dynamics

Previous experience with salesforce would be beneficial.

£50,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
