Service Coordinator - Doncaster

Clemence Rogers are currently recruiting a Service Coordinator to manage a well-established team based in Doncaster.

Our client is looking for a highly motivated individual who is solution oriented and able to use cloud-based software.


Key Responsibilities of a Service Coordinator:

  • Organising work schedules for engineers using our cloud-based system
  • Organising and booking in routine services
  • Confirming the intended date with the customer and confirming the call again the day before.
  • Ensuring all parts/resources required are on site.
  • Sending and confirming jobs with subcontractors
  • Raising sales orders and relevant documentation
  • Respond to breakdowns & appoint engineers by identifying most costeffective solution whilst taking into account customers SLA's
  • Keeping communication lines open with our customers
  • Appointing 3rd parties where necessary to cover breakdowns & raise order numbers upon completion
  • Raising, costing & invoicing jobs
  • Covering for the installation coordinator
  • Be driven and selfmotivated
  • Have a problem solving/can do attitude and who isn't afraid to get stuck in
  • Have a strong desire and ability to improve
  • Have a willingness to learn and work in a team successfully
  • Have a professional and rational approach towards customers
  • Industry technical knowledge is ideal but not essential as full training will be given.
  • Great customer interaction skills are required together with an ability to think fast on your feet.
