**Commercial Coordinator (Buyer)
Kettering
Permanent
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
£2- 30,000**
Key responsibilities and duties for the Commercial Coordinator (Buyer):
  • Raising, recording, and issuing orders, as well as GRNs.
  • Checking invoices, liaising with site and sales teams, and monitoring due dates.
  • Updating and maintaining 3PDD register, setting up new suppliers on the system and chasing for information as required.
  • Log and distribute risk assessments and maintain site audit checklists.
Record and issue tender information along with drawings, updating supply chain team accordingly.

  • Ensure all duties are carried out in line with company quality and safety standards.

Key experience and skills required for the Commercial Coordinator (Buyer):

  • Experience in a similar role and environment.
  • Software competence and proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong selfmotivation, analytical skills, and excellent organisation, with the ability to operate efficiently with mínimal supervision.
  • Resultsdriven and able to work to deadlines and prioritise accordingly.
