Residential Administrator


Location:
Fordingbridge


Hours:
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 9.00am -6.00pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays 9.00am - 4.00pm.

Position Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Assist sales agents with administrative tasks such as drafting contracts, preparing listing presentations, and coordinating property viewings.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of property listings, sales transactions, and client communications.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including creating property listings, managing social media accounts, and coordinating advertising campaigns.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience within an estate agency role is desirable or have transferable skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
