CXC Global are working with the worlds leading aviation manufacturer looking for a Records Specialist on a 15 month contract based at Gatwick Airport


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Process record for Flight training courses for customers and internal training.
  • Maintain and record data to track in various sources
  • Complete all tasks related to records
  • Archive and file records
  • Hold regular meetings with Miami and Singapore to discuss upcoming EASA Aligned/EASA courses being run there under LGW ATO and any issues experienced
  • Assist with Regulatory, customer, and internal Audits
  • Support Digital Backbone
  • Ensure first pass quality with forms and records. Review all forms for accuracy.
  • Correct regulatory paperwork when needed
  • Participate in cross functional meetings
  • Flight Training
  • Resource Planning Conference
  • Lead Sheets

Job Type:
Temporary contract

Contract length: 15 months


Pay:
£16.00-£21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • Aviation: 2 years (preferred)
  • Administrative: 3 years (preferred)
  • Records management: 2 years (preferred)
