CXC Global are working with the worlds leading aviation manufacturer looking for a Records Specialist on a 15 month contract based at Gatwick AirportRoles and Responsibilities
- Process record for Flight training courses for customers and internal training.
- Maintain and record data to track in various sources
- Complete all tasks related to records
- Archive and file records
- Hold regular meetings with Miami and Singapore to discuss upcoming EASA Aligned/EASA courses being run there under LGW ATO and any issues experienced
- Assist with Regulatory, customer, and internal Audits
- Support Digital Backbone
- Ensure first pass quality with forms and records. Review all forms for accuracy.
- Correct regulatory paperwork when needed
- Participate in cross functional meetings
- Flight Training
- Resource Planning Conference
- Lead Sheets
Skills

Job Type:
Temporary contract
Contract length: 15 months
Pay:
£16.00-£21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Aviation: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative: 3 years (preferred)
- Records management: 2 years (preferred)
