Purchasing Assistant
The Role
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers
- Follow up with and chase suppliers on any late deliveries
- Raising purchase orders
- Attend weekly meetings and provide updates
- Generate reports on supplier performances and share these with procurement manager
- Monitor stock levels and adjust accordingly when required
- Other ad hoc duties
Essential Criteria
- 3rd level qualification or relative experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident with a positive cando attitude
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload
- Good computer skills

£21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Armagh: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
