About Our Client:

My Client are within the Pharmaceuticals industry based in Guildford.


Key Responsibilities for the Team Administrator:

  • Assisting a team with Admin support.
  • Manage annual archiving process and record keeping.
  • Assist in maintaining up to date training records for R&D team.
  • Assist with employee travel, including but not limited to booking flights, hotel and taxi bookings.
  • Liaise with suppliers and/or collaborators.
  • Assist with data integrity checking and data compliance.
  • Provide support in purchasing goods for the office and laboratory as required
  • Provide support to the Head of R&D in adhoc tasks, such as planning, scheduling and recording meetings

The Successful Applicant:


  • PA or Team Admin experience
  • Ideal industry experience: Medical, Engineering, Quality
  • Excel
