About Our Client:
My Client are within the Pharmaceuticals industry based in Guildford.
Key Responsibilities for the Team Administrator:
- Assisting a team with Admin support.
- Manage annual archiving process and record keeping.
- Assist in maintaining up to date training records for R&D team.
- Assist with employee travel, including but not limited to booking flights, hotel and taxi bookings.
- Liaise with suppliers and/or collaborators.
- Assist with data integrity checking and data compliance.
- Provide support in purchasing goods for the office and laboratory as required
- Provide support to the Head of R&D in adhoc tasks, such as planning, scheduling and recording meetings
The Successful Applicant:
- PA or Team Admin experience
- Ideal industry experience: Medical, Engineering, Quality
- Excel
