Special Products Advisor - Secondment

What you will enjoy doing

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual for a 4month secondment/fixedterm contract in our customer service centre, specifically focused on working with our special products team
The primary purpose of this role is operate as a key point of contact across multiple channels for Special Products Customers offering the highest level of service to customers requiring Special Products gases and equipment.
To handle and resolve a variety of customer contacts including order placement; query resolution; new product information and preparation of new recipe requests and customer complaints etc.
The objective is to achieve a first touch resolution whilst providing a seamless and high level customer experience, effectively handling all Customer complaints, technical and equipment queries
Answer all contacts in a timely and efficient manner, providing accurate information at all time

What makes you great

Keyboard and PC skills, including Microsoft office package.
SAP Production system.
Accurate and efficient data entry skills
Significant level of experience of BOC commercial processes and BOC product range
Previous experience in both BOC order placement and query management a distinct advantage
Previous special products knowledge an advantage
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Tenacity and ability to work in a fast moving, pressurised environment.
Ability to communicate well at all levels in all situations: (this includes verbal and written communication) with the ability to select the most effective communication method for the circumstance
