What you will enjoy doing

  • You will ensure all plant on site is regularly maintained through management of resources (people & plant) by use of Planned Maintenance on SAP
  • Furthermore, you will provide defect maintenance service which will ensure that faulty plant and equipment will be rectified as quickly as possible
  • Maintain safe working practices, including strict control of Permit to Work system thereby ensuring that internal maintenance team and 3rd party contractors carry out work in a safe manner
  • You will be controlling costs to the maintenance budget
  • In addition, you will maximize productivity through supervision of the workforce
  • You will provide major input into the resolution of plant problems

What makes you great

  • You have a City & Guilds certification or equivalent time served in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrument disciplines
  • In addition, you have knowledge of IOSH safety management, BOC standards covering plant maintenance, BOC Administration procedures and SHEQ
  • Furthermore, you have experience of manmanagement
  • You have good communication skills
  • Knowledge of appropriate regulatory and legislative requirements to the role
  • You have significant experience of plant maintenance and cylinder filing operations
  • Knowledge of LiMSS / TRACCESS / LiDAP
