What you will enjoy doing

  • This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Business Development Team within Hospitalcare and be part of a highly valued, performing and visible area of our business. You will be responsible for driving business growth and the key business development activities for all of our healthcare customers
  • In addition, this role will give you the chance to lead and inspire a fantastic Sales team with the aim to strengthen, enable and engage the team to perform and be their best
  • The training and support we will provide, will enable you to become an industry expert with indepth knowledge, to give you what you require to engage and inspire our customers by advising and demonstrating our unique and wide range of products and services in order to meet their needs
  • Working in collaboration with the Product Management team, you will identify and manage dynamic sales campaigns across the medical product range
  • You will also have the chance to support and advise across one of our specialist gases (Inhaled nitric oxide) providing valuable insight and strengthening our presence within the NHS
  • As part of this role, you will work closely with multiple areas of the business including our Customer Service Centre, Account Management, Business Development and our specialist Lifeline team and customers to provide valuable support, insights and input
  • And lastly, collaborating with others you will have the exciting opportunity to identify and implement continuous improvements and get involved in promoting and selling our new digital products and solutions

  • You have excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to inspire, network and develop positive relationships with people both internally and externally
  • In addition, you enjoy leading a team and have the ability to motivate, influence and develop others whilst working collaboratively in a crossfunctional environment to drive change and deliver results
  • You are keen to keep up to date and understand the market trends to think outside of the box around how we retain our customers' and grow
  • In addition, you have experience in a Sales, marketing, or commercial environment with any relevant qualifications in these areas being an advantage
  • And lastly, you are proactive and motivated to want to develop and learn new things to challenge yourself which includes learning more about the industrial gases industry, our products, systems and services
