What you will enjoy doing

  • The main purpose of this role is to support the revenue management team to efficiently achieve cash collection priorities and business KPI's through the timely provision and visualisation of meaningful collection and query data
  • Management of the timely provision of daily cash collection and query data to the revenue team, enabling individual effort to be effectively prioritised and monitored
  • You will manage the ongoing development of reporting and dashboards to improve content, visualisation, and efficiency of information
  • Manage the endtoend low end debt performance through visibility of data, reporting and analysis to identify any trends, making recommendation for improvement opportunities
  • In addition, you will provide weekly and monthly salesforce query reporting, to include volume, KPI performance and closure data enabling effective root cause analysis
  • You will own the billing undeliverable reporting, provide analysis to the revenue management team with tangible actions along with any insightful trends/focus areas against specific findings
  • And lastly, you will implement continuous improvement opportunities, by simplifying, digitising, and automating legacy processes

What makes you great

  • You will be highly analytical with advanced reporting capabilities in systems such as Excel, Business Objects, Winshuttle, Power BI, Tableau etc.
  • Previous experience and an ability to engage, inspire and influence both internally and externally including senior level stakeholders will be a core element of the role
  • A high level of resilience to effectively handle setbacks and embrace difficult challenges is essential
  • You will be self motivated and enjoy challenging the status quo supporting ongoing continuous improvement
