What you will enjoy doing

  • You will provide strategy leadership for the business portfolio and be responsible for leading periodic business unit reviews through the analysis of internal and external data to identify trends, opportunities and threats that may affect success.
  • As well as operate as the strategy lead for RUI providing strategic rigour, guidance, and support to the business unit teams.
  • You will be responsible for Leading the strategy development process to develop and implement strategies that support the achievement of business objectives, such as revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability.
  • Improve understanding of customers & competitors and alternative technologies in market segments through the collation, analysis and sharing of relevant data.
  • Establish a view of competitor activity and strategic intent, assess competitor strategies and potential risks.

What makes you great

  • Significant business experience in a strategy or business consulting role.
  • Previous relevant experience in strategic development and business planning.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent, MBA or post graduate qualification preferred.
  • Experience in industrial B2B environment.
