3rd Line Engineer - Remote - Up to £45,000 - Paid Certifications

For this opportunity you will have a strong understanding of the Microsoft Office 365 Suite to be able to implement and support this companie's product.
Monitoring SOC and NOC you will make sure any threats to security or issues are dealt with in a timely manner to minimizerisk for clients.
As well as being first point of contact for installation, monitoring and testing of new systems you will deliver training to new users and members of the team so client's are able to make best use of their transformed systems and your fellowteam members are confident in their daily responsibilities.
