Description
Juice is delighted to be supporting a leading organisation within the green energy industry, in their search for an Project Manager to support their busy B2B team.
In this role, you will oversee the successful implementation of a variety of new initiatives across the department portfolio - helping to embed change and enable accelerated business growth.
Working across a number of teams within the business, you willneed to effectively engage with stakeholders to realise the delivery of improvements to systems and processes.
Main duties include:
- Own and manage the commissions process for external and internal customers
- Oversee the delivery of excellent customer service to develop robust and close working relationships with TPIs' finance/commissions teams, accurately delivering payments in a timely manner in line with process and contractual agreements
- Support the successful delivery of the TPI Commissions Tool through identification of user stories, challenging existing concepts and testing
- Flag deviations from expected contract fees and commissions performance, determine and evaluate mitigation actions, including overturns or contract amendments
- Lead in identifying, creating and designing changes to commissions processes, systems, and procedures resulting from analysis and data interrogation to minimise risk and maximise value for current and future contracts
- Continuous monitoring and review of the B2B internal commission scheme(s) to ensure alignment to business objectives and requirements, plus delivery of timely internal commission reports for sales staff
- Work with business stakeholders to implement change including new processes, user stories and system improvements supporting in the documentation of these
- Lead some key business priority projects, such as B2B SMART meter roll out programme
- Play a key role in development and continuous improvement of Salesforce platform across key divisions on the business
- Assist internal stakeholders with data analytics and finding data led solutions to existing problems
- Support development of department growth plans
Skills required:
- Understanding of energy industry (desirable)
- Experience in management of performance related data
- Strong skill level in Excel, Salesforce, Power BI
- SQL knowledge (desirable)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to communicate to a senior level of stakeholder both externally and internally
- Strong leadership skills with experience of leading a team(s) previously
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations
- Understanding of complex commercial processes and contract negotiation
Working hours:
Monday - Thursday , Friday with hybrid working available.
